We ship across New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Here's how it works.
Where we ship from
- New Zealand orders ship from within NZ.
- Australia and US orders ship from our Australian warehouse.
Delivery times

*International Express and Standard transit times are from date of dispatch and don't include time in customs, which can add extra days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a link by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Customs & duties (US orders)
For orders shipped to the US, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged on delivery. These are set by US customs and outside of our control.
Delays
Rare, but they happen. Public holidays, courier delays, or high-volume periods (like a launch or sale) can push things out a day or two. We'll flag any known delays here or via email.
